Liquor Licence and Responsible Service

Great Southern Sip operates under Western Australian Special Facility Licence number 609223598225 for the authorised online sale and supply of packaged liquor. 

All online wine purchases are subject to the Liquor Control Act 1988, applicable licence conditions and other relevant laws. 

Age Restrictions

Liquor may be purchased and accepted only by persons aged 18 years or over. 

By placing a wine order, the purchaser confirms that: 

  • they are aged 18 years or over 

  • the order is not being placed on behalf of a person under 18 

  • the delivery will be accepted in accordance with applicable identification requirements 

  • liquor will not be supplied to a person under 18 

Acceptable proof of age may be required when an order is placed or delivered. 

Great Southern Sip and its delivery providers may refuse delivery where: 

  • proof of age cannot be provided 

  • the recipient appears intoxicated 

  • the delivery would be unlawful 

  • the premises or location is subject to liquor restrictions 

  • the recipient is otherwise not legally permitted to receive the order 

Responsible Consumption

Great Southern Sip supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol. 

We encourage customers to: 

  • drink responsibly 

  • provide non-alcoholic options 

  • provide food and water 

  • avoid driving after consuming alcohol 

  • arrange safe transport where required 

  • respect individual choices not to drink 

All participants consuming wine at a Great Southern Sip event or experience must be aged 18 years or over.
