Building on the Discovery and Great Southern Table experiences, this advanced guided tasting explores the region through a carefully curated selection of at least eight premium wines, chosen to highlight the influence of variety, site, sub-region, climate, season and winemaking approach.

Together, we examine the factors that shape regional identity, comparing wines across varieties, vineyards, producers and sub-regions to better understand what makes the Great Southern one of Australia's most diverse and compelling wine regions.

Discussion extends beyond what is in the glass to explore vineyard practices, geology, climate influences, seasonal conditions, winemaking decisions and the people behind the wines. Guests are encouraged to analyse, compare and challenge their observations in an environment that welcomes thoughtful conversation and deeper exploration.

This experience is particularly suited to those with existing wine knowledge, including wine industry professionals, collectors, enthusiasts, WSET students, and anyone wishing to further develop their understanding of regionality, wine style and wine assessment.
